Ghaith has a Bachelors Degree in English Literature, and is a certified Sharia Advisor & Auditor by AAOIFI, in addition to being certified professional in Compliance, Governance and Risk by CIBAFI & OCEG.

He has been a devout student of Sharia since 2015, learning from the best scholars in the fields of Jurisprudence and finance, and has recently started working on his Bachelors degree in Sharia.

Ghaith has an extensive experience in Islamic banking, and has performed very well in a diversity of functions, including Sharia Compliance, Sharia Audit, Sharia Training, as well as documentation and execution of transactions (i.e. Murabaha, Musharaka, Mudaraba, Istisna’, etc.)

He is also a certified translator by Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation, and his translation experience has included working with the British Council, MBR Foundation and many clients in a variety of field.

Ghaith is also passionate about writing, and is a published writer (literature) with a target audience of children and young adults.

Ms. Aisulu acquired her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia with majors in Islamic banking and finance with Honors.

Arslan is a Senior Consultant at Dar Al Sharia having more than 10 years of work experience. He has a diversified and in-depth experience in Islamic finance advisory, designing and implementing internal  controls, conducting statutory and non statutory audits (including Sharia audits for Islamic financial institutions). 

Arslan is an active member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants - ACCA UK. He is a Certified Sharia Advisor and Auditor from AAOIFI (Bahrain), and also Certified Accounting Technician from ACCA-UK. His educational background and professional experience provide him a deep insight in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and AAOIFI Sharia standards.

Arslan is a fervent trainer who has delivered several training sessions on various areas related to Islamic banking and finance.

Taha is a senior consultant at Dar Al Sharia having more than 10 years of experience in Islamic Finance Advisory and Sharia Compliance. Over the years, he has contributed to product structuring, documentation reviews, and Sharia compliance, helping organizations uphold the highest standards in Islamic Finance.

He earned his MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, providing him with a strong academic foundation in business management. Beyond his business degree, he is a Certified Sharia Advisor and Auditor (CSAA) from AAOIFI (Bahrain).

Prior to joining Dar Al Sharia, Taha has worked at prestigious financial institutions such as Meezan Bank (Pakistan), Mashreq Bank Islamic (UAE) and Emirates NBD Islamic (UAE).
